Glamour Lash & Brows

Glamour Lash & Brows was established with the aim of improving standards in semi-permanent makeup. Its main studio is in Costa Mesa, and a second location operates in San Diego. From Costa Mesa, the team welcomes clients from the wider Orange County area, with the salon naming Newport Beach, Irvine, Santa Ana and Huntington Beach among the places it draws from. The Costa Mesa studio is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Eyebrow work is the core of the menu: Nano Shading ($500), Microblading ($600), Nano Stroke ($600), Nano Stroke / Microblading (no price listed) and Ruby's Signature ($650). A free 30-minute eyebrow consultation is offered first, and eyebrow appointments are booked for 2 hours 30 minutes. Each design is tailored to the client's facial structure, with an aim of refined artistry and results that respect natural features.

Lip services are Lip Tint and Ombre Lips, each $600 and about 2 hours 30 minutes. Permanent eyeliner comes in two styles: Elegant Eyeliner ($250, about 1 hour 30 minutes), which follows the lash line, and Winged Eyeliner ($350, about 1 hour 30 minutes), which has an extended flick at the outer corner with wing length and angle matched to the eye shape. Eyeliner consultations cover the client's routine, style and color, and the client approves the mapped design before any pigment is applied. A topical numbing product is used, and written aftercare instructions and a follow-up plan are provided.

No-needle options include a lash lift ($90), a semi-permanent perm for natural lashes using a silicone shield and lifting and setting solutions, with no extensions; pricing depends on whether tint is included, so confirm before booking. Brow lamination ($60) reshapes brow hair with lifting and setting solutions and involves no needles, pigment or skin penetration. Lash tint and brow tint can be added, and results typically last 6 to 8 weeks. Correction or enhancement of existing work starts at $200, and a touch-up after two months starts at $200.

The academy teaches eyebrow and lip tattooing, including Nano Stroke, microblading, ombre powder and lip tinting, and the programs are described as led by industry experts with international experience. Lip Tint training is $1800.
