Arrivals get a 10-minute grace period; later arrivals may have their service shortened, rescheduled or cancelled. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time is charged at 50% of the service total. A no-show without notice is charged the full scheduled service, and a second no-show leads to removal from the client list. Services are non-refundable, so any concerns should be raised within 48 hours.
