Hours are 10 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays. The salon puts cleanliness and sanitation first: tools are sterilized with UV sterilizers and hospital-grade disinfectants, and disposable buffers, files, pumice stones and pedicure tub liners are used for each client.

Nail enhancements include gel, dip powder, Gel X, builder gel, solar and acrylic sets, with ombre and chrome finishes and a range of add-ons. The salon also offers lash lifting and tinting, classic, hybrid and volume lash sets with refills, brow tinting and waxing, and kids' manicures and pedicures such as the Prince and Princess service.
