New clients can book a free 20-minute consultation to talk through their goals and bring inspiration. First-time artistic color clients are required to have this consultation before any color appointment, or the appointment is cancelled.

For color, the studio offers single process root touch-ups with or without a cut, and an all-over single process gloss from root to tip. Signature partial and full highlights come with glossing, a customized treatment and a blowout, and maintenance visits refresh earlier highlights. A full highlight can be finished as an ombré. Root services carry extra product charges for roots longer than two inches, very thick hair, or full-head color.

Color-only visits apply these shades over hair that is already pre-lightened. A first full-head session, including lightening, takes about eight hours, and maintenance and mini partial options are available. Custom treatments with K18, Olaplex or MoroccanOil can be chosen with the stylist, and a treatment can be booked alone for clients with extreme damage.

Deposits of $50 are required for most services for new clients, $10 for a Transformation Cut and $50 for Signature Partial Maintenance. No-shows are charged 50% of the service fee and may lose online booking privileges. Clients who reschedule more than three times in a row without being seen may also lose online booking and their deposit. Questions about the cancellation policy can be sent by message to the stylist.

Clients are encouraged to bring inspiration photos to their appointment, and the studio builds each visit around the goals discussed beforehand.
