The brow menu covers Brow Wax (20 minutes), Brow Tint (45 minutes) and Brow Lamination, a keratin treatment that lasts 4 to 6 weeks. Facials are customized to each client's skin and start at $90 for a 60-minute visit. Options run from a Dermaplane Facial, which physically removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz, to a Biorepeel Facial and Microdermabrasion Facial, which exfoliates and smooths the skin. The Hydro Facial includes a double cleanse, hydro dermabrasion, extractions, facial massage, a custom mask, LED and oxygen treatments, and finishing products, and a dermaplane can be added for $20.

Policies are set out in advance. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation is charged 50% of the service total and a no-show is charged the full total. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened, and those 15 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule and are treated as no-shows. Weekly Fills must be booked within 7 days of the last appointment and cannot use outside fills. In-person bookings can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final once sold. The studio is open Monday 11 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday 11 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday through Friday 11 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on weekends.

Treatments are tailored to the individual, with facials customized to each client's skin.
