The studio describes discretion, professionalism and consistency as the basis of the client experience.

Clients who are new, under 18, or returning after more than 12 months away need a consultation first. New clients also complete an onboarding process called the Start My Healthy Hair Journey before booking. Most services require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total. Services are offered to clients aged 10 and older. Same-day bookings must be confirmed by call or text, and before-hours or after-hours appointments are available by request for an added fee.

Extension services begin with a virtual or phone consultation that covers the look, goals, upkeep and timeline. Bridal clients can book a bridal consultation to plan hairstyles, extensions, makeup, bridesmaids, location, travel and contracts. On-site freelance bridal makeup includes travel up to 40 miles, with a charge beyond that.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. It accepts cash, debit and credit cards, and Zelle. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or custom amounts, and are final once sold.
