The lash menu covers classic, hybrid (a mix of classic and volume lashes), volume and mega volume full sets, along with fills at one, two or three weeks. Lash lifts, lash tints, a lift and tint combination, and extension removal are also offered. An eyelash extension consultation is free. New clients pay a deposit toward a full set, which is $90 for classic, $100 for hybrid, $125 for volume and $150 for mega volume. A fill may be treated as a new full set if less than half the previous extensions remain or if it is booked four weeks or more after the last appointment. Clients arriving with extensions from another lash salon can book a foreign fill, which requires at least half of that set to still be in place.

Brow services include trimming and tweezing, waxing, tinting, and a combined wax and tint. Waxing covers the face, lips, chin, underarms, arms, legs, chest, back, tummy, bum and bikini areas, with a range of single-area and combined options. Some services are noted as women only, including the inner thigh, basic bikini line, brief bikini and Brazilian waxes. The full face wax requires four or more facial waxing services.

Policies are set out clearly: a 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and a 100% fee applies to no-shows.
