Glamdelion Esthetics operates from 929 Fulton St E in Grand Rapids. The studio centers on corrective, individualized skincare for people dealing with acne, congestion, pigmentation, or skin that has not responded to other products. It is open Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on weekends.

New clients usually start with a consultation. The 30 Minute Skin Consultation, for people with a specific skin concern, reviews skin history, current routine, concerns, and goals, so clients are asked to bring the products they already use. A consultation fee of $50 can be credited toward skincare products bought at that appointment.

Acne is a major focus. New acne clients begin with a consultation and learn about the acne-clearing program before any treatment. The 60 Minute Acne Facial is designed for acne-prone skin, and people who cannot come in can book a 60 minute virtual skin consultation with a professional acne coach.

Treatments include the Dermaplane Facial, which uses a surgical blade to lift away peach fuzz and built-up dead skin from the surface. It is often booked ahead of weddings, photos, trips, or other events. First-time dermaplane clients are asked to book well before the event so they can see how their skin responds, while returning clients generally book about 5 to 10 days ahead. The Express Chemical Peel is a 15 minute service available to established clients by approval, and new clients must first book a consultation or another suitable facial. The 90 Minute Extended Custom Facial combines advanced skincare, specialized modalities, and extended relaxation time.

Deposits are required to book every service, ranging from $25 to $75. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Gift cards are sold in $50, $100, $150, and $200 amounts or for a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
