Several services come with house rules. Lace for installs must be dropped off at least 24 hours before the appointment, and frontal and closure work asks for lace or wigs to be brought in a day ahead. Take-downs cover only a client's own quick weave or sew-in, not braids. Children are not accepted as clients, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late are charged a late fee starting at $25.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays.
