Appointments are booked online and confirmed once booked. Consultations take place during the appointment, so clients are asked to bring the style they want, their hair goals, and any questions. Clients planning extensions are asked to confirm with the salon that the extensions they want are available, and to bring extensions that match the texture of their own hair. Extensions services are also available for clients who bring their own bundles.
Every service includes a luxury steam shampoo and a deep conditioning treatment. The salon also runs seasonal packages, including a birthday glam package, holiday glow-up and self-care packages, an NYE package, a winter repair package, and a weave extensions beauty package deal.
Hair extensions and wigs can be bought in the salon or through the online shop, and online hair purchases are paid at checkout. Salon hair products are sold through the online store.
Consultations are held at the appointment, where clients bring their desired style, hair goals, and questions.
