Hours run Monday from 11:00 to 17:00 and 19:00 to 22:00, Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00. The business is closed on Sundays.
Booking comes with set terms. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead, and a deposit is returned when a cancellation comes at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit is kept if a client neither cancels nor shows up. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or moved, services are non-refundable, and the business is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings. Inappropriate conduct may lead to a refusal of service.
