A visit usually starts with a consultation. First-time clients must complete one by FaceTime or Zoom before booking; it costs $20, runs about 30 minutes, and covers the products used at home, the services wanted at the salon, and a meet-and-greet. Stylists then build a personalized, one-on-one plan around each client's hair and daily routine.

The menu runs from haircuts, trims and curly cuts through color, extensions, treatments, locs, twists, natural hair styling, relaxers and facial waxing. Longer-term programs include the Healthy Hair Membership, a monthly program with two visits a month, steam hydration, scalp massage and 10% off retail and add-ons, and the 12-Week Glam Silk Press. Wedding packages are designed after a consultation held over Zoom or in person and can include hair trials, style selection, timeline planning and product recommendations; the salon suggests booking three to six months ahead. Large bridal parties can be served by on-site teams, with a travel fee based on distance and team size.

Booking is available online. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to another service if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours ahead, and a $35 fee applies to cancellations made with less notice. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and closed Tuesday and Sunday. The salon's site shows a five-star rating across more than 100 reviews.
