Custom Chemical Peels require a Pro Consultation first, and the spa recommends that as a starting visit for new clients. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup and to bring the skincare products they already use. A 20-minute virtual peel consultation by Zoom or FaceTime is available at no charge with a booked chemical peel or peel series. Custom peels come with an aftercare kit for up to 72 hours, and the spa recommends post-procedure products bought in-house.

The Reset Experience day pass is offered per guest for up to two hours. It includes access to a Reset Lounge, an infrared sauna session when available, massage chair time, a Wellness Bar and a custom aromatherapy oil experience with a sample to take home.

Retail products include skincare such as cleansers, serums, mists, creams, sunscreen and lip hydrators, along with candles, body oil, body butter and room spray. The spa also hosts events, some free and some paid.
