Visits can begin at the Spring City studio, which is the only place previews and trials are held. Clients receive a prep sheet with their questionnaire explaining what to do and when. Visitors park on the lower side of the lot furthest from the building and knock on the front door facing the street. Makeup is applied in a traditional style as the standard, with airbrush makeup available on request after a conversation with the artist. Strip lashes are used most of the time, and cluster lashes can be requested. Lash extensions meant to last beyond a day are referred to recommended outside vendors. Looks can be soft and natural, a little more glam, or bolder. The business does not use clients' own makeup, and clients with allergies are asked to say so in advance so a safe product can be chosen.
Payment and booking terms are set out clearly. Wedding dates require a retainer and a signed contract, and event dates require a 50% payment and a signed contract. Payments go through the client management software, checks are not accepted, and Afterpay and Klarna are available at checkout for qualifying clients. Gratuity is not added automatically; the business says 20% is customary and required, and tips can be paid in cash or through Venmo.
Traditional makeup application is the standard, with each look matched to the client's skin and style. Products are recommended for each client's face and needs, and the business says its artists have kits and training for all skin types and tones.
