The services fall into a few groups. Permanent makeup covers brows, lips and eyeliner, including microblading, microshading, nano brows, combo brows, lip blushing and contour, and upper and lower eyeliner, with touch-up sessions after the initial 4 to 6 weeks. Cosmetic and paramedical work includes scar camouflage, scalp micropigmentation and rejuvenation treatments. Brow services include semi-permanent brow extensions, mapping and airbrush ombre tint, and a Fresh AF Brows option that covers cleansing, mapping, trimming, shaping, tweezing and tint.

Event glam packages cover hybrid makeup and Hollywood hair in the shop, on location, or on set, with rates starting at 300 dollars in shop, 600 dollars on location, 900 dollars for a half-day on set and 1,600 dollars for a day rate on set. Travel fees are not included. The studio also offers spray tans in the studio or as a one-hour glow on the go application, and Grill Glam tooth gems and temporary tattoos for teeth.

Makeup classes include a one-hour brow class, a two-hour in-depth session on full face looks by face shape, color theory and natural contouring, and a tips and tricks class. Priced on request, the studio also offers business branding, business plans, consulting and social media coaching, and sells Sparkled By Selena custom jewelry, curated clothing and hair sparkles.

Glam By Selena is affiliated with Giving Their Glam Back Inc., a nonprofit that provides paramedical tattooing, scar camouflage, wound care support, glam classes and care packages. Through its Give Glam program, a share of profits supports a charity that helps people with wound care and scar camouflage, along with vulnerable pets. The studio also says it is working toward the Paws & People Project, founded by Selena Polgardy, which currently focuses on wound care and wellness services for people and pets facing homelessness, neglect or hurt, with plans to add pet-inclusive transitional housing and job readiness programs.

Glam By Selena has been featured in local news coverage, including NBC's Today in Nashville, Talk of the Town and News Channel 5 and News Channel 2 reports.

The studio's stated aim is to leave clients feeling self-assured, through inclusive work and gentle products of high quality. All services are cosmetic only; they do not serve as medical diagnosis or care of any kind, and outcomes differ from person to person.
