Glam by Charina works from a suite on NE High Street in Issaquah, open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM and closed on weekends. Its services fall into four groups: haircuts, color and blonding, hair extensions, and hair treatments, with options for both new and returning clients.

About

Charina Malinak is the stylist at the salon. The salon says clients know it for soft, romantic haircuts, vibrant color and a signature blowout. The portfolio shows balayage with extensions, bright blonding, fashion red, lived-in bronde and partial lightening with extensions. New clients start with a consultation, either in person or by FaceTime, for $50 with a $50 deposit. Established clients can book one-, two- or three-hour time blocks customized to their hair and goals, and extra time can be added to any booking for $50 and up.

The Brazilian blowout uses bonding technology to smooth the hair, and the salon says the result reduces styling time for up to 12 weeks. The Boss Life Beauty Session is a three-hour appointment with a $400 minimum, where each service is priced individually toward that minimum and a $200 deposit applies.

A card on file is required to book. Clients are asked to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
