Services can be taken to a client's home, hotel or event venue. Travel is offered for bridal bookings and groups of three or more, and a location is needed to calculate travel charges. Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit. Clients provide their own hair extensions and flowers for styling, though recommendations are available. A $2 per minute late fee applies after 15 minutes past the start time, and appointments are cancelled after 30 minutes of no-show with non-refundable deposits.
