Glacé was established in 2020 under the name Icy Gem Studios and now trades as Glacé. Its founder, Jasmine Jeneé, leads the business, which describes its mission as reworking and raising the standard of the nail spa experience.

The menu is split between nails and pedicures. Natural nail work includes a clear builder gel overlay fill, and acrylic work covers full sets, fills, French sets and Gel-X extensions, which the salon says last up to four weeks. Design-led sets run higher in price and time, with options such as chrome, ombré, marble, aura-inspired designs, hand-painted French tips, 3D nail art and crystals. Custom press-on sets are ordered by text, with full payment due within 24 hours of confirmation and 7 to 15 days allowed for shipping and processing.

Gel manicures and gel pedicures include a complimentary massage. Spa-style options add extras such as steam mask exfoliation, paraffin wax, hot towels and a mask. Clients are asked to arrive with bare nails or to book a removal service. Pedicures that involve ingrown or unhealthy toenails are not performed; those clients are referred to a podiatrist.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday through Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday 4 PM to 8:30 PM. Rescheduling or cancelling at least 48 hours ahead avoids a 50 percent service charge. Some services require a deposit, which is non-refundable unless the salon cancels. One deposit transfer is allowed, and after a cancellation a new deposit is needed. A 10-minute grace period applies, a $10 late fee applies if the appointment can still be fitted in, and not showing up within 15 minutes incurs a 50 percent no-show fee.
