A visit usually begins with a consultation, where the team explains options, answers questions and learns each client's goals, concerns and skin history before building a customized plan. Plans can grow over time, with treatments and boosters chosen to fit a client's goals. Remote Derm360 Virtual Planning, held by Zoom, and in-office DermaVision Planning, which uses high-resolution skin imaging, both gather information to shape a skincare plan. An online self assessment is also available, and clients can book online or by phone.

The laser menu uses Aerolase devices. The Aerolase Neo Elite platform is described as designed for darker Fitzpatrick skin tones and is used for pigmentation and skin rejuvenation, while the Aerolase Era Elite is used for skin resurfacing. Laser treatments address pigmentation, redness, acne and skin texture concerns, and can be applied to the face, neck, chest, back and hands. Every laser treatment begins with an assessment of skin tone and concern before any device is used. Sessions generally run from 4 to 8, depending on the condition and treatment type, and most laser skin rejuvenation treatments involve little to no downtime. Laser hair removal is also offered.

Facials and peels include four signature facials, each built around a concern: Clean and Clear for acne-prone skin, Glow and Sculpt for anti-aging, Hydrating Barrier Repair, and Tone and Bright for pigmentation. The $289 signature facial includes assessment, cleansing, exfoliation, gentle extractions if needed, and custom masks, serums and hydrators, and facials suit sensitive skin. Custom HydraFacialMD sessions take 30 to 45 minutes, cleanse, exfoliate, extract with vortex suction and infuse serums chosen for each client rather than from a fixed menu, with no numbing cream needed. Monthly sessions are generally recommended for maintenance.

Injectables and tox treatments are priced at $750 per listed area. Dermal filler areas include cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin, jawline and tear troughs, and the clinic uses Juvederm, Restylane and RHA Collection fillers. Tox areas include forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, lip lines with lip flip, chin dimpling, jawline slimming and neck bands, using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau. Filler and tox treatments are generally quick with little to no downtime, and results are described as lasting several months, with tox usually needing follow-up sessions. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol and certain medications before these appointments. Payment plans are available through Cherry, CareCredit, PatientFi and Sunbit, gift cards are sold, and downloadable pre and post care instructions are provided. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and the clinic is closed Thursday and Sunday.
