The salon describes itself as a premier women-only salon and says it has served more than 15,000 clients. Its roots go back to 2014, and it has been based in Alexandria since 2024, when it opened in Old Alexandria after its founder brought her Dubai beauty experience to the United States.

Visits begin with a personalized consultation, and new clients receive a complimentary consultation, as do clients planning major color changes or transformations. Bridal styling, color correction and major transformations are best started with a consultation. A private room is set aside for brides and for hijabi women, and complimentary parking is offered to all clients, with street parking and nearby garages also available. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, and booking ahead is recommended. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply to late cancellations and no-shows.

The menu runs from bridal and prom styling through coloring, cuts and blow-dries, hair treatments, brows and lips, lashes, manicures and pedicures, and wigs. Three packages, Essential from $100, Signature from $200 and Giro from $300, each include a personalized consultation along with a banana hair mask and blow-dry. The salon uses premium, salon-quality products, sells them at the salon, and says it uses eco-friendly products from brands committed to environmental responsibility. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, and the salon is closed Sunday and Monday.
