Girlypop Nails LLC operates from its Riverside Drive location in Cincinnati. It is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Wednesday and Sunday.

Manicures and pedicures are 45-minute appointments priced at $40 each. The basic manicure is a dry service with thorough cuticle care, trimming and shaping, and a choice of gel polish. The basic pedicure includes the same cuticle care and shaping, plus single-shade polish and straightforward decoration such as dots, simple lines or gems. Elaborate designs are booked as a separate appointment. A builder gel manicure takes an hour and costs $60. It applies one solid shade over the natural nail, and whether the base is soft or hard gel is decided in a consultation at the start of the visit.

Apres Gel X is a soft gel extension for clients who want longer nails with a natural finish. It takes an hour at $65, uses a solid gel color, and a new set is applied at every visit. The business states that Apres Gel X lasts up to three weeks. Nail art is priced per nail from $4 and takes at least five minutes, and chrome is treated as nail art. Nail repair is $10 per nail and takes about 20 minutes. Removal pricing varies and takes 20 minutes or more; SNS, dip and acrylic removals are not offered.

Repairs are covered in part by policy: builder gel and Apres Gel X receive one free nail repair within five days if chipping or lifting occurs. Clients who break nails by using them as tools are charged for the repair. Work done by other technicians needs a removal booking before a builder gel or Apres Gel X service, and the business does not work on other technicians' work. Returning clients wearing builder gel book a builder gel removal, and those wearing Apres Gel X book an Apres soak off. Clients are welcome to send inspiration photos for nail art or specific materials, and can ask questions by email or text.
