Services are split into facial waxing, body waxing and add-ons. Facial waxing covers the eyebrows, lip, nose, cheeks, chin, sideburns, the hairline at the back of the neck and the neck. Body waxing covers the arms, back, front of the body, legs, and bikini and Brazilian areas. The studio uses premium hard wax for both body and face, applies oil afterward to help calm redness, and can offer a stress ball during a service on request. The studio describes the atmosphere as relaxed, playful and friendly. It does not offer body waxing to men or to men's genitals.
Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. The quickest way to reach the studio is by text or Instagram direct message, since phone calls may go unanswered during appointments. Clients should arrive no later than 10 minutes after their booking time. Late arrivals are handled case by case, and significant lateness may mean rescheduling part or all of the visit. Changes need at least 2 hours' notice, through Vagaro or directly with the studio; shorter notice incurs a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. Cash, debit and credit cards, Zelle and Affirm are accepted.
Before a visit, the studio asks clients not to shave between appointments and to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, which is usually two to four weeks of growth. For bikini or Brazilian services during a period, clients are advised to use a tampon or menstrual cup. Waxing is not advised for certain conditions, including active skin conditions, open wounds, severe sunburn, recent chemical peels or laser treatments, and recent Botox or filler. Clients may bring guests, who can wait in the studio seating or outside the room. Children may attend with a parent or guardian, who should bring something to keep the child occupied. Parent or guardian consent is required for body waxing below the neck for clients 17 and younger, and a guardian must be present at the first visit but need not stay in the room.
Gift cards are sold year-round through the booking site and can be sent virtually. The loyalty program awards 1 point per dollar spent on services or products, with 500 points worth $5 off. Leaving a review on any platform also earns 500 points. Points can be checked in the Vagaro account or at the appointment.
