Partial sets, starting at $100, can be built as classic, hybrid, wet look or with an outer-corner accent. Fills are available for current clients only, and clients should arrive with at least half of their extensions left for a two to three week fill, or at least 40% for a three to three and a half week fill, or a full set may be needed. Lash lifts with or without tint are also offered, and lash removal is done with a professional adhesive remover.

Brow services include shaping with tweezers or with wax, tinting, lamination, and combined packages that pair lamination with shaping and tinting. Two add-ons can be added to any lash service: a brown lash upgrade and an M curl upgrade. A patch test is available to check for sensitivity or an allergic reaction before lash, brow, tinting, lamination or waxing services, and it should be booked at least 24 to 48 hours ahead of the appointment.

Guests are asked to give the studio at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. Anyone who cancels inside that 24-hour window, or doesn't show up, is billed 50% of the booked service. Gift cards are available in denominations of $100, $150, $200 and $250, or in a custom amount, and they cannot be refunded once purchased. Opening hours are 9 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, and 12 PM to 3 PM on Sunday.
