Every visit can begin with a free 20-minute lash consultation. It includes a patch test before any service, and for lash extensions the length and fullness are settled at that appointment, so the set is planned around the client rather than picked from a fixed look.

The studio offers four lash extension styles. Wispy/Natural extensions give a light, fine texture that keeps a natural appearance and start at $55 for a session of 40 minutes or more. Volume sets place several lightweight extensions on each natural lash for a fuller look and start at $60 for 40 minutes or more. Mega Volume is the heavier option, starting at $65 and booked for 55 minutes or more. Color Matched extensions use shades of brown rather than black, chosen to suit the client's features and hair color, and start at $55. Each of these styles comes in five options.

Clients whose extensions were done somewhere else can book a Foreign Fill, an add-on for $15 that takes about 10 minutes and is booked alongside a fill. Lash Removal costs $25 and is booked for 30 minutes; it uses a remover made for extension glue to release the extensions without harming natural lashes. A No Show/Rescheduling 2 Week Fill is listed at $75 and takes 10 minutes.

Lash Lift and Tint is a semi-permanent lift and curl for natural lashes with tinting, offered in three options and starting at $25 for 25 minutes or more. Results are described as lasting about four to six weeks. Brow Lamination and Tinting, sometimes called an eyebrow perm, is a semi-permanent treatment for brows that are shinier and smoother, starts at $25 for 35 minutes or more, and comes in three options. Tinting and waxing can be added.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and a late cancellation carries a fee of 30 percent of the scheduled service price. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows, and are deducted from the total when the service is complete. Clients are asked to arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment time. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Each lash set is planned at a consultation that includes a patch test, with length and fullness chosen for the individual client before the service begins.
