Haircuts are priced by stylist experience level, from an associate-level stylist up through level 7 and above, and a standard cut runs 45 minutes. It includes a consultation, a short scalp, neck and shoulder massage, shampoo, conditioning and a blow-dry finish, and a complimentary makeup touch-up is added if time allows. Color options include single process color, foil highlights, freehand balayage, glossing and modern root work, using Aveda Full Spectrum color. Haircolor series pricing is available: book three of the same service and receive the fourth at half off, or six and receive the seventh free. Keratin smoothing, hair extensions and lash extensions fall outside these series. Bridal trial and wedding-day styling are offered, with a bridal trial required before the wedding; extra fees apply if ornaments or hair pieces are added.
Skin and spa visits follow a consultation first. Facials are performed by licensed estheticians who start each treatment with a skin analysis, and guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for a facial consultation. The HydraFacial menu includes a Deluxe and a Platinum version, with booster options and dermaplaning available. Massages begin with a consultation and a choice of Aveda aroma to customize the scent used during the service. Massage rooms have heated beds and full body bolsters, and guests can request a male or female therapist. Spa guests receive a robe, slippers and a locker for personal belongings.
Practical policies are worth knowing before booking. Reservations can be made by phone, online or by text, and online booking requires an account with a valid credit card that works at both locations. New guests booking appointments of 30 minutes or more put a credit card or gift card on file, and a 50% deposit by card is required for two or more services and for higher-value services. Cancellations must be made by phone, with 24 hours notice for one or two appointments and 48 hours for larger bookings. Gratuities are not included in service prices, and 15 to 20 percent is customary. Phones should be silenced during services and alcohol is not served in the spas. Lunch is available on request when booking, and both locations offer handicap-accessible parking and restrooms.
