Visits begin with a consultation to talk through goals, hair history, routine and the result a client wants. Consultations can be in person or virtual for clients outside the local area. Density support and extension pricing is set after that conversation, and color correction is estimated once a client shares their history and current concerns, with a consultation preferred.

Extensions are hand-tied IBE, using custom-rooted wefts, precision beading and invisible stitching, with no glue, tape or heat. Move-up appointments remove, reposition and reinstall existing rows, with a scalp detox and trim. The salon also offers ALMA TED scalp treatments, which it states are needle-free, painless and involve no downtime, sold in packages of three or four.

The salon is open Monday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. The salon says it has been featured in Voyage Dallas and ShoutOut DFW.
