Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the booked service, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full service. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled. Children are not permitted with clients, though those 12 and older may attend when booked for their own appointment. Major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are accepted; cash and checks are not. Tipping is appreciated but not expected, and cash tips are preferred.
