Lash extensions come in three styles. Classic sets use one extension per natural lash, hybrid sets combine classic and volume techniques, and volume sets use two or more extensions per natural lash. Full sets take about 90 minutes and cost $180 for classic, $200 for hybrid and $220 for volume, with a $20 deposit required. Fills take 45 minutes and are recommended every two to two and a half weeks, while a mini fill runs 30 minutes and must be booked within 10 days of the last fill. Extension removal takes 40 minutes and uses a specialized adhesive remover. A $20 deposit applies to new clients booking a volume fill or a Korean lash lift.

The Korean lash lift with tint takes 60 minutes and lifts lashes from the root rather than curling them, using conditioning ingredients. For brows, brow lamination lifts, shapes and tints natural brows over 60 minutes and lasts four to six weeks. Brow enhancement color takes 20 minutes and temporarily darkens brows for two to four weeks. The brow hybrid stain combines brow color and henna in a 30-minute visit and lasts up to 10 days on skin and six weeks on hair. Eyebrow, lip and chin waxing are also offered.

Three monthly membership plans are available: Classic Club at $100, Hybrid Babe Club at $115 and Volume Vixen Club at $135. Each includes two refills per month at a discounted rate. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and can be sent right away or on a chosen delivery date. Gift card sales are final.

Business hours are Tuesday 4:30 to 7 PM, Friday 1 to 4 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 1:30 PM, with Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday closed. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and a no-show is charged the full service price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show and the appointment must be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and the customer must be approved before the appointment.

Services are organized around regular fill schedules and monthly membership refills, with each lash style offered as its own option.
