The manicure and pedicure menus run from a classic manicure to spa pedicures with named treatments. The Organic Perfect Sense manicure uses PerfectSense paraffin wax, and the spa pedicures use EPOC gel and foot cream. Nail enhancement covers dipping powder, color powder, Solar, Shellac and Gel-X options, with ombre and French finishes available. The salon lists about 2,500 color selections, and some dipping and color powder options include a free soak-off.

Pedicure chairs are Contégo models, and each pedicure uses a disposable jet liner that is replaced for every new service. Instruments are sterilized after each use. Clients are offered complimentary drinks. Beyond nails, the salon offers facials and eyelash extensions, including classic and hybrid styles, plus lash removal and a range of waxing services from brows and lips to full legs and Brazilian waxing.

Clients should book or arrive knowing a few policies. Clients running more than ten minutes late may not get every booked service, and should contact a salon coordinator. Nails that are scratched or misshapen will be fixed if the salon is told within 24 hours, and the fix must be booked within 7 days. No refunds or credit notes are given for a change of mind, but services will be redone at no cost if a client is unhappy with quality and says so right after the service. Clients should mention any chemical or substance allergies before treatment. Payment is by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Passion Nails gift certificates; checks are not accepted.

Single-use pedicure liners, sterilized instruments and named product lines are central to how services are run.
