The studio is open Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 6 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 6 AM to 11 AM, and is closed on Sundays.

Acrylic full sets are sculpted with monomer and powder for length and durability, in short, medium, long and extra long lengths, with fills and overlays on natural nails also offered. Gel-X extensions are soft gel applied over the natural nail, with builder gel on top for structure and an acrylic-style finish. The studio describes Gel-X as zero damage with long-lasting wear. Gel-X sets are priced by length, and fills are available for one or two fills only.

Gel manicures include an Epsom or sea-salt soak, scrub, steam treatment and hot towels. Structured gel manicures use soft gel or builder gel for strength and smoothness, finished with a high-shine overlay, and hard gel is offered as a non-soakable overlay. Pedicures open with a dry prep in which nails are detailed and polished before a warm soak, which the studio says helps prevent fungal growth. Three pedicure options are offered, and the top tier adds a milk bath with magnesium flakes.

Custom designs include dimensional art, charms, and encapsulated glitter or dried flowers, priced per nail or by the full set. Clients are asked to mention any add-on services when scheduling. A $25 deposit is required for any service and is applied toward it, but it is non-refundable. Cancellations need 48 hours notice, and a deposit can be used toward rescheduling only with that notice. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which appointments may be changed or rescheduled.
