Gigi.hair boutique works mainly on protective-style installs and hair additions, with a menu that also includes ponytails, updos, bobs and curled or half-up styles. Services are listed with a set price and an estimated appointment length, so clients can see how long a visit will take before booking.

Some services include hair and others do not. For several braided and ponytail styles the hair is provided, while other styles require clients to bring a set number of human or synthetic bundles, or to buy them separately. Clients who want a style that depends on prepared hair are asked to arrive washed and blow-dried, or to add a wash and blow-dry to their booking.

The salon is open six days a week and closed on Mondays. Tuesday through Thursday hours run from 10:30 AM to 9 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 7:30 PM.

Booking carries a deposit, and the cancellation and no-show terms are set out in the policies below. A no-show without a call within 48 hours of the appointment is charged a fee of 30 percent, and cancellations are not refunded.
