Haircuts are the core of the business. Children's cuts for boys and girls include a Boy's Giggles Haircut with a colored gel style and a lollipop, and a Girl's Giggles Haircut finished with a small french braid, fairy dusting and a lollipop. A Keepsake 1st Haircut comes with a certificate, a before and after photo and a lock of hair. Parents can also book a dad's cut, a mom's cut, a stacked bob, or a bundle of five or ten haircuts at a discount. Blowouts, curling, flat ironing and detangling are priced by time, and braids and updos range from a 15-minute style to a 60-minute updo, with or without curls.

Adult and teen color is by appointment only, with morning and evening times offered when the salon is quieter. Every color service includes a complimentary blowout. Highlight options range from sun-kissed and peek-a-boo looks to partial, full head and bayalage styles, and toner and gloss can be added on or booked alone. Hair extensions and tinsel come in many colors and styles, including Rumi, Unicorn and Mermaid. They are booked by appointment and can be braided, tied or clamped into existing hair.

Girls can book manicures, pedicures, nail art, glitter tattoos, doll face make-up and spa packages that bundle dress-up, updos, make-up, massage, facials and take-home treats. Ear piercing is done by two specialists piercing both ears at once. Birthday party packages run for 1.5 or 2 hours and include a cheese pizza and pink lemonade, decorations, paper goods and take-home items, with party favors and invitations available. Gift certificates are offered.

The salon builds its services around children, with small extras such as lollipops, fairy dusting and keepsake certificates for milestone haircuts.
