Every visit starts with a consultation, and the team makes treatment decisions together with the client based on individual needs. Injectable services include full facial balancing, Dysport and Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Platelet Rich Fibrin with PRF EZ Gel, and underarm Botox for hyperhidrosis. Skin treatments are customized anti-aging and corrective plans using lasers and medical-grade skincare, and laser and light plans are personalized after the provider evaluates skin type, complexion and concerns. Laser and light treatments can be applied to the face, neck, chest and decollete, hands, arms, legs and back, and the site notes that a series of sessions often gives the most noticeable improvement for many concerns. Downtime varies by treatment, with some having little to no downtime.

The skin care menu includes HydraFacial Syndeo, DiamondGlow facials in 60-minute and 90-minute versions, a Cryo T-Shock facial, acne treatment, dermaplaning, AURA 3D facial analysis, VI Peel and BioRePeel chemical peels. Skin rejuvenation options include BBL treatments such as Forever Young BBL, SkinTyte and Forever Clear BBL for acne, Moxi and combined BBL and Moxi laser treatment, RF microneedling, SkinPen Precision Elite microneedling, NanoLaser Peel and ProFractional laser treatment. Laser hair reduction, including Forever Bare, and Contour TRL treatments are offered alongside BBL Hair Reduction. Hair and scalp services include HydraScalp Exosomes. Eyebrow tinting usually lasts four to six weeks and lash tinting up to six weeks, depending on the individual.

Skincare is sold from Alastin, EltaMD, Epionce, iS Clinical, ZO Skin Health, Revision Skincare and Skinbetter. Gift cards and a membership program are available. Financing is offered through PatientFi for injectable treatments, with monthly installments and zero-interest plans, and through Cherry for Allergan injectables such as Botox, Juvederm fillers and SkinVive. Cherry does not apply to Dysport, Restylane, Sculptra, skincare or non-Allergan services, and approved balances are valid for 90 days and must be approved before the appointment. Consultations can be booked online, and the clinic publishes pre and post care information.

Clients are asked to arrive on time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment, and those more than 10 minutes late may need to rebook. A 48-hour notice applies to cancellations and reschedules, which can be sent by email, text or phone. Late cancellation fees are $50 for 15 to 29 minutes, $100 for 30 to 59 minutes and $150 for 60 minutes or more, and the no-show fee is $150. Fees are charged to the card on file. Clients with three no-shows or late cancellations must prepay future appointments. Services are not refunded, and results are not guaranteed, so more than one treatment may be needed. Products and gift certificates are not refunded, though a defective product can be exchanged within 14 days for the same product. Children are welcome if childcare is arranged before the appointment, and pets are not permitted except service animals.
