Coaching here centers on clarifying goals, supporting mindset, mapping out actions, and considering emotional, mental and lifestyle wellbeing. According to the business, coaching differs from therapy, and coaches do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. A free initial consultation lets a client describe their needs before a plan is shaped together with the coach. A pack of six sessions costs $400, and once it is finished, clients may choose to cancel the automatic renewal.
Massage is offered in 60, 90 and 120 minute Swedish sessions, plus therapeutic and sport massage in the same lengths. Stretch sessions run 30 or 60 minutes. Four-handed and couples massages are performed by two therapists working side by side, in 60, 90 and 120 minute versions. Mobile massage brings the therapist to the client's home, hotel or office. Monthly massage memberships are offered on six-month and one-year terms, with discounted rates on the matching session length. Massage prices are listed before a 15% discount.
Facial treatments include acne control, oily skin control, sensitive skin recovery, advanced hydration, an age-defying enzyme facial and a corrective brightening facial, each listed before a 15% discount. A back facial targets acne and rough texture on the back. Intimate bleaching is described as a non-medical cosmetic treatment for areas where skin pigmentation may appear darker. Sessions last 20 to 30 minutes and treat one area at a time, and an initial package of four sessions is offered, with treatments every 7 to 10 days and monthly maintenance afterward. Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, legs, back, chest, stomach and bikini areas. The listed business types also include sugaring.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, or the full cost of the scheduled services is charged. Exceptions are considered case by case with management approval. Group classes that do not reach their minimum number of participants 24 hours before start time are cancelled or rescheduled, and participants are notified. Accepted payments are American Express, cash, debit, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Listed amenities include disabled access, WiFi, LGBTQIA friendly and kid friendly. English is the listed spoken language.
The business builds its services around a welcoming space for healing, balance and personal growth, pairing bodywork and skin care with life coaching that starts from a consultation.
