Pedicures are where the menu is most layered. Classic, callus and gel pedicures sit alongside a series of SPA pedicures, each built around a different massage length and add-on, from an aromatherapy version to a collagen treatment with hot socks and a deluxe paraffin option. Chair and foot massages can also be booked in 10-minute blocks, from 10 minutes up to 50.

The salon describes its space as clean and free of dust, germs and harsh chemicals, with comfortable furnishings, soft music and a calm setting. It says its technicians keep up with current nail care methods and trends, and that it offers a large selection of classic and trendy designs as well as custom work.

Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended, especially for groups sitting together. To request a particular technician, choose First Available and then their name in the booking dropdown; if First Available stays selected, the technician depends on the day's schedule. Appointments are confirmed by email or text. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early, since arriving 10 or more minutes late may mean the slot is released, counted as a no-show or shortened.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments that required a card are charged 50% of the reserved services, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Repeat no-show clients must place a credit card hold for future bookings, and large party bookings require a major credit card. Cash gratuities are accepted. Gift cards and completed services are not refundable.

Technicians keep current with nail care techniques, and the salon says it uses high-quality nail products and waxes.
