Ghanem Aesthetics works from two Michigan offices, in Dearborn and Flint, and offers facial surgery, precision injectables, and skin and laser treatments. The practice is led by Dr. Consultations are offered at both locations.

The surgical menu covers the eyelids, brow, nose, lips, and the face and neck. Blepharoplasty removes excess skin and repositions tissue around the eyes and can be done for cosmetic or functional reasons. A brow lift raises and repositions the brow and can soften forehead lines. A deep plane face and neck lift repositions deeper structures to restore jawline and neck contours, and a mini facelift is a less extensive option for early signs of aging along the lower face and jawline, with a shorter recovery. Lip lifts shorten the space between the nose and lip to reshape the upper lip without filler, and rhinoplasty refines nasal shape and proportion while preserving or improving function. Incisions are placed to heal within natural contours and hairlines when possible. Facelift and neck lift recovery usually involves about two to three weeks of social downtime.

The injectable services include dermal fillers for volume and contour, neurotoxin treatments that relax targeted muscles to soften dynamic lines, PRP using the patient's own growth factors, and fat transfer using the patient's own tissue. Neurotoxin results begin within a few days and settle around 10 to 14 days, typically lasting three to four months. Filler results give immediate volume and generally last six to 18 months. Injectables carry minimal downtime, and mild swelling or bruising usually resolves within a few days. Injectables cannot reposition descended tissue or correct structural aging, which is one reason surgery and injectables are sometimes weighed against each other during consultation.

The laser menu centers on UltraClear, a fractional cold fiber laser used for skin resurfacing with adjustable treatment depth. The 3DMIRACL treatment works only on the uppermost layer of skin, usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, and is typically done as a series of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. There is no true downtime afterward, though the face may look red or warm for a few hours. A customized UltraClear treatment using deeper modes may require two to three days of social downtime. Most patients have treatment without topical numbing cream and report discomfort of about 1 to 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. Patients are asked to avoid sun for three to four weeks before and after treatment, and to stop exfoliating products about a week beforehand if the provider recommends it.
