Ghalam Mediroom was founded by Milady, a post-op care specialist with more than a decade of work in post-operative care and body sculpting. The studio describes itself as more than a spa, and recovery after surgery is a central part of what it does.

Clients can book in-office post-op sessions or private in-home post-op visits. Post-op visits do not include removing drains or stitches, and the staff are not doctors or nurses.

Body sculpting is offered as named sessions and multi-session programs. Booty Plump 2.0 uses a medical-grade anti-cellulite machine with hand, wood and vacuum techniques, while Body Contouring 2.0 and Underchin Contouring 2.0 pair the VelaShape machine with wood therapy or other methods. Stage 2 and Stage 3 packages follow the healing timeline, and the Snatch Me after post-op care stage starts four weeks after surgery and is not offered beyond four months.

The facial menu runs from a microfacial with microdermabrasion to a deep cleanse with extractions, high frequency and a jelly mask. Ghalam Botox Facial uses microneedling channels to carry serums into the skin, and Renew My Skin is three sets of chemical peels.

Reserve My Spot is a $100 deposit that is applied toward a full service after a skin or treatment analysis. Luxury Private Home Visits are priced at $1,650 and are booked by contacting the office. Gift cards for future visits are also sold.

Healing is treated as a process rather than a shortcut, with care built on consistency, education and a high standard of comfort.
