Braid prices run from a men's style starting at $65 to a Fulani braid set at $350. Knotless and boho knotless braids are priced for mid-back length, and waist-length styles add $25. Boho knotless includes standard braiding hair and one 50g bundle of bulk human hair, while knotless includes standard braiding hair. Wash and blow dry can be added to knotless or boho knotless braids for $55. Miracle Knot feed-in braids are $275, and clients supply their own crochet feather hair. Freestyle work is priced by the look, so clients confirm the price by phone or direct message before booking. Natural hair styles start at $175, and men's styles and natural hair styles may carry $25 to $75 in extra fees for hair longer than bra strap length. Sew-in extensions are $300 and include a wash, deep conditioning, braid-down and installation. Clients may bring their own bundles or buy them from the salon, with two to three bundles recommended. Heat styling carries a risk of heat damage or changes to natural curl pattern, and style issues should be reported within 24 hours.

Booking requires a $25 or $15 nonrefundable deposit, which is deducted from the total after the service. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period and are cancelled after 30 minutes. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours ahead, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total. No-shows are charged the full service total. If the salon cancels because a stylist is ill or has a call-out, it reschedules or refunds the deposit. Rescheduling should happen within two weeks of the existing appointment, since spots are limited. Children under 7 are not permitted at appointments. Cash, Tap to Pay and card are accepted.

The Curl Collection is a line of 100% raw human hair sold as ponytails, clip-ins and bundles. Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days, and all sales are final with no returns or refunds. The salon describes the hair as unmatched in quality.
