Hair extensions are the core of the business. It sells 100% human hair and does not use synthetic fiber. Bundles come as multiple-donor, processed hair in straight, body wave, water wave and deep wave textures, and can be curled, straightened or colored. A Premium Quality Raw Hair grade is also offered.
Wigs are made in-house with HD lace closures only, and the business does not stock or build other lace types. Pre-made wigs use a standard medium cap and are sold as they are, without fitting alterations. Custom wigs are built on a cap sized to the client's head and styled to their preferences. Wigs are machine stitched on a breathable mesh cap, have adjustable straps, and can have an elastic band added at no charge. Combs can be added on request, and the business advises caution with them. The business says its wigs look natural and realistic. It does not build frontal, 360, full lace or T part wigs.
Sew-in and installation options include traditional sew-ins with a leaveout, lace closure sew-ins with or without glue and leaveout, behind-the-hairline lace closure sew-ins, braid down only, and shampoo with braid down. Sew-in prices do not include the sew-in service fee, and the full cost depends on bundles, closure size and any custom color.
Hair extensions must be bought in advance for color service, which is not done during the appointment. Orders should arrive one week before the appointment, or two weeks ahead if custom color is wanted. Color is priced by process: $30 for one step, $40 for two steps and $55 for three steps, per bundle.
Care guidance is part of the service. Wigs can be sewn down and worn up to a month, with maintenance every four weeks. Wigs are expected to last one to three or more years with proper care, and lace closures should be replaced every six to eight months. Shampooing is recommended every two weeks for daily wear, or monthly for wear a few times a month.
Payment is accepted in cash, which is preferred, and by major debit and credit cards with a 7% fee on card payments. Checks are not accepted. Shipping is available within the U.S. only, through USPS, usually in two to four business days, with signature confirmation and insurance included. All product sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are offered.
The business also lists four outside hair vendors for more affordable bundles and closures and states that it is not affiliated with them. Pre-made wigs are restocked regularly, and clients can join an email list for new arrivals.
Work is planned around pre-ordered hair and a consultation first, with custom wigs built to each client's head size and preferences.
