Waxing is done in hard wax. A visit begins with a cleanse and a look at the skin, then pre-wax oil, the hard wax, and finally a soothing gel afterward. The salon says it does not double dip and does not reuse wax.
Facial options run from a hi-frequency treatment at $20 to a $150 GetSnatched Favorite facial meant to smooth the skin and hydrate it while addressing vellus hair and dryness. The GetClean&Clear facials are designed for oily, congested or acne-prone skin, and the Plus version adds microdermabrasion, a hot hand treatment and a hydro-jelly mask. Teen and Mommy Makeover options are also offered; the teen facial is adjusted to a younger client's skin, and the Mommy Makeover v-steam is listed for women 6 to 12 weeks after birth.
Yoni v-steams last 30 to 45 minutes and use herbal blends that can be customized. The salon also sells at-home yoni steam kits, starting at $45 with the herbs and seat or $25 for herbs alone. Bridal and bachelorette spa parties combine facials, yoni steaming, body waxing and games, and waxing packages let regulars prepay for underarms, eyebrows or Brazilians, including a one-year unlimited Brazilian option with a payment plan.
Before a first visit, new clients fill out an intake form on arrival. Clients are asked to wait in their car until a text or call says the specialist is ready. Appointments must be confirmed when the confirmation is sent or they are canceled by the end of the business day, and changes should be made by phone or email rather than text. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, and no-shows or cancellations made under 24 hours ahead are charged a fee.
The salon describes its services as performed by highly trained professionals and states that it does not double dip or use recycled wax.
