The studio is in Suite 10 inside Vi Hair Salon, in the white building on the corner of 13th and Umatilla in southeast Portland. Only side street parking is available. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Dry Pasta is a dry cut with no shampoo or conditioning, taking about 1 hour 15 minutes and starting at $35. Al Dente is a standard cut that includes shampoo, conditioning and styling, taking about 2 hours and starting at $65. Microwavable Mac is a 30-minute appointment for the front sections, such as bangs and face-framing layers, at $23. Maltagliati Bangs is a 10-minute bang cut or trim that can be booked alone or added to a non-haircut service.

Beyond cutting, the menu includes A Pinch of Salt Scrub, a one-hour scalp massage with an exfoliating salt scrub and a detoxifying hair mask, followed by styling, starting at $40. It is not recommended for clients who are sensitive to heavy scents or cooling sensations. Noodle Bath is a one-hour shampoo and conditioning service with a head massage and optional heat styling, at $30. Color is handled through a 20-minute consultation where hair and goals are reviewed and color is prepared before the appointment. The studio does not keep a full range of hair color on hand, so color is bought for each appointment.

Clients can book through the online scheduler, which shows the cancellation policy at booking. Payment is by CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or cash; cards are not charged for services and are kept on file only to cover a fee if the cancellation policy is not followed. Sliding scale pricing is offered.
