Georgia Rose Salon & Spa

Georgia Rose Salon & Spa rents salon suites in Riverview to independent beauty professionals and their clients. Rather than operating as a single salon with employees, the building gives each renter a private suite to run their own beauty business.

Each suite comes with the basics needed to serve clients, including a styling chair, a shampoo sink and storage cabinets. The suites are soundproofed, and renters may decorate their own space to suit their taste. The building has 24/7 access with secured entry, and the common area is professionally cleaned.

Renters can use on-site laundry and free WiFi, and all utilities are paid. Limited liability insurance is offered, along with marketing help and graphic design on request, 24/7 online scheduling for renters, and business coaching for independent beauty professionals.

The business describes its services as offering personal attention and relaxation in what it calls a healthier, safer way. Hair services cover cutting, styling and color, skin care is performed by estheticians, and the site lists massage and specialty pampering and relaxation services. Prospective renters or clients who want to see the space can arrange a private tour by emailing info@georgiarosesalon.com.

The business says it aims to combine personal attention with relaxation in a healthier, safer way, and it supports independent professionals as renters rather than employing them.

The suites are secure and designed to be customized, and the common area includes a professionally painted loft.
