An in-person wig consultation is a one-hour session with a wig specialist and costs $50. A virtual consultation is a 30-minute video call over FaceTime or Zoom, with a Google Meet link sent beforehand and a questionnaire to complete first. Virtual bookings carry a $25 fee, and all appointments require a booking fee that is nonrefundable. Synthetic wigs and toppers can't be fitted virtually, so those must be done in person, and toppers are not offered at the Jackson location.
The salon in Jackson works only on natural hair, not wigs, and offers haircuts, color, highlights and extensions. Wig work, including consultations, fittings and cut-ins, is handled by the wig specialists rather than the salon stylists. Groups can book by calling the salon for girls' nights out, private parties or other gatherings, and add-ons include snacks, mini makeovers and wig styling demos.
The wig selection includes synthetic wigs from Jon Renau and Raquel Welch, priced from $150 to $600, and human hair wigs under the GA Hair line, priced from $1,800 to $3,400. Human hair toppers range from $750 to $1,600 and are sold only in Oklahoma, with an in-person or virtual appointment. Hat hair pieces cost $700 to $900. The business notes that synthetic wigs typically last 6 to 9 months with proper care and human hair wigs 1 to 2 years, depending on use. Wig care guidance and wig-safe hair care products are available, including through an Amazon store. Shipping is offered within the United States only.
Donations toward a client's wig can be made through the website, via Venmo, or through the Warrior Wigs partnership. These donations are not tax deductible, since the business is not an approved 501(c)3 organization. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for wigs, toppers, extensions, ponytails or beanies, and all sales are final. Clients currently undergoing cancer treatment can call to ask about a discounted consultation.
Focuses on helping clients with hair loss through wig and topper solutions, with consultations that are personal and handled one client at a time.
