Services center on gel work: structured gel manicures, builder gel full sets and maintenance, Gel-X soft gel extensions and Polygel enhancements. Pricing is tiered by technician skill level. A new structured gel manicure, for example, is $30 with the apprentice, $54 with a Level 1 nail artist and $100 with the master. The salon states its pricing is upfront, with no hidden fees.

The Soft Steps waterless pedicure skips the traditional foot soak and uses creams, exfoliants and tools instead. It includes toenail trimming, cuticle care, a sugar scrub, massage and hot towels. The salon says it is one of its most requested services. A Deep Heal pedicure with the master, about 105 minutes at $175, works best as a series.

Nail art ranges from simple touches such as foils, stamping, stickers, cateye and chrome, through moderate designs like ombre and 3D texture, to complex work including custom 3D sculpting and intricate hand painted pieces. Add-ons include gel polish on toes, nail repair for a broken nail, IBX treatment for damaged nails, and removal of gel or acrylic applied at another salon.

Gel-X extensions use pre-shaped soft gel tips that bond to the natural nail, in square, coffin, almond and stiletto shapes. They typically last two to three weeks and are removed with an acetone soak of about fifteen minutes. The salon says it is a certified Safe Salon, that its professionals are licensed and insured, and that tools are cleaned and disinfected before each service. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and closed Sunday. E-gift certificates can be bought online in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts, and gift card sales are final.
