Sugaring is the main hair removal method on the menu, using a sugar paste. Paste and wax are used for one client only and are never returned to the pot. Gloves are made of biodegradable nitrile and are required for handling the paste, and used paste and gloves are thrown away after every service. Tweezers, trimmers and scissors are sterilized under UV light. Treatment tables are disinfected and covered with clean sheets between appointments, and towels, wipes and sheets are laundered in a bleach solution on high heat after each service.

Men's grooming includes pre-laser shaving for the underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach and bikini area, priced by the area covered. Full-body shaving from neck to toes is the largest service and takes at least an hour with two technicians. The business says its grooming products are designed for men and are FDA approved.

Before a sugaring visit, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, which usually takes 10 to 14 days. If hair is longer than half an inch, the team may trim it ahead of the appointment. On the day before, clients should skip exfoliating, tanning and hot baths. On the day of, they should arrive with clean, dry skin and no oils, lotions, creams or deodorant on the area. Afterward, the treated skin should be left alone for 24 hours, without touching or scratching, hot water, saunas, sweaty exercise or products.

Booking requires a card on file to confirm an appointment, and that card is not charged. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50 percent of the reserved service price, and stopping a hair removal session partway through is charged in full. Services of 50 minutes or more are marked as no-shows once half the service time has passed, and late arrivals may be fitted in with a modified service. New clients need a valid ID and must sign a waiver before their first service. Appointments must be booked under the account of the person receiving the service, and photos or video recording during services are not allowed.
