Visits follow a few set patterns. Women's haircuts include a shampoo with a steam towel and massage, finished with a blow-dry style. The hydration haircut adds a hair masque and a eucalyptus steam towel. Color work ranges from base color and gloss to highlights, balayage and dimensional blonde. Longer or more involved services such as color correction and the ULTIMATE Blonde begin with a consultation, and the initial consultation for a desired look is free. Extension work also starts with a consultation so a custom package can be built.

For events, the salon offers special event styling for prom, a night out, photos or editorial work, and wedding styling for the bride with a per-person rate for additional guests. Wedding styles require a demo day booked at least two weeks ahead. Style classes teach one or two looks and include tips for recreating them at home, along with a shampoo and style of choice.

Hours are Monday 10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday 12 to 4 pm, Friday 1 to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm. The salon is closed on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
