The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is closed on Wednesdays.

The salon has a clear set of policies. Services are non-refundable. If a problem is caused by a mistake on the stylist's part, the salon will provide a corrective service at no charge, but management must approve the redo. Clients who are unhappy should say so at the time of service or within 48 hours of it, and corrective services are not offered more than 5 days after the original appointment.
Color can take more than one visit in some cases. Box color, or moving from a darker shade to a lighter one, may require more than one service to reach the desired result.
