The menu is organized into Nails, Pedicure and Add-ons. Manicure options range from a quick Express Manicure, which includes maintenance, polish in gel or regular, and lotion if wanted, to longer Gemz Special and Treat Yourself manicures that add a sugar scrub, a moisturizing hand mask and hot towels. Polygel and Builder Gel manicures are also offered, along with Gel-Extensions and a Nail Fix service for repairs.

Pedicures include an Express Pedi, the Gemz Special Pedi and the Treat Yourself Pedi, which add sugar scrub and hot towels to the polish and lotion steps. A Polygel Pedicure is offered as a dry pedicure. Nail Fix appointments begin with a message or text to the salon describing what should be repaired, so the visit can be planned around it.

Add-ons can be combined with a service. Options include regular gel removal for existing gel polish, simple and complex nail art, French tips, chrome, gems or rhinestones, and hand-molded 3D flowers, which are added once for each flower wanted.

Booking policies are set out on the salon's booking site. Clients arriving 15 minutes late have their appointment cancelled, and without a reason full service is charged. Cancelling within 48 hours incurs a 50% charge on the original service, while rescheduling carries no charge. Extra guests need to be discussed beforehand, and children are not permitted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
