The menu is organized around manicures, pedicures, gel services, nail enhancements and additional nail services such as nail designs, repairs, shaping, cuticle grooming, French tips, chrome and ombre. Manicures range from a classic service to a royalty treatment, and pedicures move up from a classic service to a golden mystique option that includes gel. Gel polish can be added to a service for an extra $15, and gel polish on its own starts at $25 for fingers or toes. Acrylic and gel X removal is offered with or without a new service.

Gems also has a children's menu for clients with feet under 4.0 feet. It includes polish changes, princess manicures and pedicures, gel polish, a classic spa mani and pedi, and a gel mani and pedi.
