Nail health is a central focus. Services are planned around keeping natural nails strong and intact, and work is not done over damaged nails, including splits, cracks, rips or signs of infection. Soak-offs are generally recommended every two to four months rather than at every visit, so the natural nail has time between full services.
The menu includes acrylic tips, overlays, sculpted forms, ombre and encapsulated acrylics, along with refills, rebalance refills, soak-offs and foreign-service options. Manicures and pedicures come in basic and spa levels, with a luxury exfoliation treatment and a paraffin wax treatment as add-ons. Nail art ranges from simple designs to chrome and signature Frenchie designs, and seasonal sets cover prom, graduation and back-to-school.
Booking works on a deposit. A nonrefundable deposit secures an appointment and is applied to the service, and the remaining balance is paid at the visit. Cash, Zelle and credit cards are accepted, with tax on card payments. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, a 15-minute grace period applies to arrivals, and first-time clients should come with bare nails. Early morning, late evening and day-off appointments must be arranged by calling ahead and carry a $25 fee that does not count toward the service. Loyalty members earn points for signing up, booking and their birthdays, and a referral offer gives a new client $10 off a first appointment. Babies and children are not permitted in the suite.
